Downloading Upgrade Software

Some of our software upgrades can be obtained via download, but only with pre-approval.
Follow the procedure below to create the required account on the melabs store and submit the information for approval.


Create an account:

If you don't already have an account, please create one using the following instructions.

(If you already have an account, skip forward)


Complete the account form:

Complete the Account Form, be sure to fill in the required fields. Click Save to create the account.



After the account is created:

You will be returned the the store home page. Notice you are now logged in.



Email us your login:

Send us an email that includes:

  • The login name that you used when creating the account.

  • The name of the software that you wish to upgrade via download.

  • Any additional information that might help us locate your previous record of software ownership.  If you didn't buy the original software from us, please attach the invoice from the original purchase, or a scanned image of the disk and manual that you own.

Send the email to support@melabs.com with your login and name.  We will reply with an approval email.


When you receive your approval email:

The approval email signifies that the requested software has been made available to the customer account that you created.  To place your order, return to the melabs store (http://store.melabs.com/LOGN.html) and sign in with the same username that was approved.  After you sign in, the downloadable products will be visible in the software upgrades category (http://store.melabs.com/cat/upgrades.html).

Make sure that the product you purchase is described with the word "DOWNLOAD".  You will be supplied a download link immediately upon completing the checkout process.
